As the BaSIS project nears the end of its second year, we are organising an informal workshop with BaSIS team members and advisors to brainstorm about the project’s set up and methodology, the results we have collected so far, and the implications for our understanding of information structure and nominal licensing. The workshop will take place on 8th-9th November at Leiden University, and the programme can be found below.
We welcome other attendees, but ask that they notify Zhen Li so that we can arrange catering accordingly. Please note that lunch/dinner would be at your own expense.
We will livestream the workshop on a private link for Africa-based colleagues who are unable to attend in person, subject to consent of the speakers. Please contact Elisabeth Kerr for more detail.
